At Scratch and Dent Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home repair projects. If our kits do not meet your expectations, you may return the unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the Product
Ensure the kit is in its original, unused condition and securely pack all components in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the outside of the box, clearly marking your RMA number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned kit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
