Riverbend’s Crystal 80 pushes the crystal range into dark-fruit territory — raisin, dark cherry, and baker’s chocolate over a deep caramel base, with a ruby-to-copper color. It replaces Crystal 120 in our lineup, giving milds, barleywines, and English strong ales their rich, sweet backbone.
